Born and raised in the south of France, Marseille, I grew up in the music and event industry. While getting a master degree in Communication and business, I was promoting companies through events and assisting of the Vice President of the Department of Entertainment for the city of Marignane. My role as an executive was to cover all the music related events, music festival, concerts, sound and lighting, fashion shows, etc.
After coming to the USA in 1994, I was introduced to the restaurant business and soon opened Cafe Provencal, a French fine dining establishment in Thousand Oaks, California in 1996.
With a continuous passion for music, I contributed to special events in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, bringing themed events and shows to public and private events, including special themed parties and shows at my restaurant.
With over 23 years of experience in the food and events industry,  I now offer new services such as restaurant consulting, catering, in house private dinners, themed parties, DJ, entertainment, music and more...
